Such as: Weed whacker, small electric saws, chainsaws, circular saw, table saw, etc. We can show you if you don't have experience, but we realize this is not for everybody.

We do not provide funding, visa sponsorship, or any official documents. We only provide a simple invitation letter for people we know or were recommended personally.

occasionally there are guests or volunteers who come with cats or dogs, we'd like to know so we can arrange the rooms and dates accordingly.

I declare that: I am aware that volunteering in Mata House includes physical work of various kinds, including with potentialy harmful instruments, power tools, at height and with various materials, and in a working environment with other people around. Much of this work will be done by myself without direct supervision. I am aware of the risk to my health, I accept it and agree to take full responsibility over my own safety. I declare that Mata House, its founder, and any related person or organization are not liable to any injuries that may occur by my joining this work, to me or others, and that this does not constitute any work or employment relation between us. Mata House is a healing place, but it is not a therapeutical community. Each person is responsible for their physical, emotional and mental state. Do you agree to take complete responsibility for yourself, your actions and your well-being? *

Mata House is not just working in a farm. It’s not about having a nice vacation (although that might happen too). It’s about transformation, self-discovery, and self-awareness. It’s safe, but in can be challenging. Do you accept this? Do you agree to learn about yourself? *

Today’s political landscape has become aggressive and divisive. We at Mata House work outside the old dichotomies and divisions, and believe they have no place in the future we are trying to create. You should know that Mata House hosts people of all religions, beliefs and nationalities, with no discrimination.
